You must be 18 or older to use this app. By signing up you confirm that you are. We may close accounts that misrepresent their age.
Not medical advice
This app generates general fitness and nutrition guidance from your answers. It is not medical, dietetic, or professional advice, and no part of it creates a doctor–patient relationship. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program — especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant or postpartum. Stop any exercise that causes pain or feels wrong.
Assumption of risk
Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. By using the workouts, meal plans, and guidance here, you voluntarily accept those risks. You are responsible for using appropriate weights, form, and judgment, and for knowing your own health status.
No guaranteed results
Your results depend on things only you control — consistency, effort, sleep, how closely you follow the plan — plus genetics and starting point. We promise a thoughtfully built plan, not a specific outcome: no set amount of weight loss, muscle gain, or strength increase is guaranteed, and any progress examples are not a promise of what you will achieve.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or that results will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 while the service is free), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
How AI is (and isn’t) used
Three optional inputs use an AI service (Anthropic’s Claude): a photo of yourself, anything you write about your goals, and photos of available equipment (for away-day workouts). From these it suggests things like a body type, focus areas, equipment level, and a short training & eating note. Those suggestions are estimates, can be wrong, and are always editable — you review and confirm your own answers before any plan is built or adapted, so no automated decision is made about you without your review. Your plans themselves (calories, macros, workouts, meals) are generated by fixed, deterministic rules from the answers you confirm — not by AI. Everything the app outputs, AI-assisted or not, is covered by the not-medical-advice and assumption-of-risk sections above.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password safe. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service (e.g. hammering the AI analysis, uploading content that isn’t yours, or misrepresenting age). You can leave any time — see the Privacy page for full data deletion.
Subscriptions, free trial, cancellation & refunds
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — full access, no card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription; the exact price is always shown before you are charged, and subscribing means accepting these Terms again at checkout. You can cancel any time from “Manage subscription” and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No partial-period refunds unless required by law. Your plan, logs, and photos stay saved even without an active subscription — you just can’t use the app until you subscribe again. Anyone with gifted or promo-code free access keeps it, regardless of anything above. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app.
