What we keep, and what we don’t
What we store
Your email, first name, questionnaire answers (age, height, weight, goals, diet preferences), workout logs, weigh-ins, and — only if you choose to add them — progress photos. That’s it. This data exists so the app can build your plan and show your progress.
AI photo analysis
If you upload a photo for body-type suggestions, it is sent to Anthropic (the AI provider, acting as our processor), analyzed once by its Claude model, and immediately discarded. It is never saved to our servers, storage, or logs, and API inputs are not used by Anthropic to train its models. Only the suggestion (body type, focus areas, and the short coaching note) is kept, as part of your questionnaire answers — which you can edit or override at any time. Nothing else in the app uses AI; your plans are computed by fixed rules from your answers.
Progress photos
Optional. Stored privately — access rules in the database mean only your account can view or delete them. Admins cannot see your photos. Delete any photo at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.
What we never do
We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything except running this app. Weekly reminder emails can be switched off with one tap on the Progress tab.
Deleting everything
Email us and we’ll delete your account and every piece of data attached to it: silverbridgedesignco@gmail.com
